I had the honor of presenting a session at this year’s SharePoint Saturday Baltimore event, which is one I hadn’t ever attended. It took place this year at Phoenix Technology Solutions in Columbia MD.
My session was an introductory “Making Your Life Easier with Microsoft Flow”, and the slides are available via this link: Microsoft Flow – SPSBmore. The speaker “shirt” for the event was a lei, in case you’re wondering why I’m wearing one
This event is organized by my long-time SharePoint friend Shadeed Eleazer, who was the first person to encourage me to speak at SharePoint events, back in 2011 at the 3-day “SharePoint Saturday The Conference” in Washington DC. So a lot of my “oldest” SharePoint friends are from the Baltimore/DC area, and it was great to see so many of them again at SPS Baltimore!
I spent part of the day breaking my demos (as usual) before my session But I was able to catch my friend D’arce Hess’ session on Good Design Practices in SharePoint, which included lots of useful tips about color and layout among other things.
The event was well attended, as was the SharePint afterward, held next door at Union Jack’s…
An enjoyable day, as SharePoint Saturdays always are!
